scarpetta teddington::I have just recently moved to teddington and have eaten in few restaurants around here and kingston area but quite honestly never had a chance to visit scarpetta.
I decided to take my chances and went on friday night just before christmas with two of my girlfriends and when we arrived at 8pm, restaurant was reasonably full.
Upon entering the restaurant it looked very warm and inviting and the manager very graciously welcomed us into the restaurant.
Despite bustle around, we had lovely table on the right side of the restaurant and thus very nice view of whole place.
Have been helped by attentive waitress to choose my pizza , lots of variety, but finally went for fiorentina and that was great choice really nice pizza dough!
The wines that were served by the very courteous manager were outstandingsome of them i had never heard of or tried before but great taste , so big plus for that.
Beautiful selection of desserts , i would go back just to have desserts , they looked amazing.
I also thought that the staff were very friendly and hugely attentive.
The room had a really nice atmosphere relaxed and verify genial.
All in all have to say it was one of the best places i have eaten around this area.
After a stressful week , very nice and civilized way to start my weekend.
